This free round table discussion, open to all, will be an opportunity to highlight committed Bordeaux restaurants and the solutions they offer, particularly in connection with Surfrider's Ocean Friendly Restaurants programme. It will also address food-related issues and solutions for reducing our environmental impact. In short, how to protect the ocean while still enjoying ourselves!
