Delivering the ambitions of the European Ocean Pact: engaging cities in supporting ocean sustainability

An interactive workshop to share good practices from European cities in their areas of responsibilities (waste management and plastic pollution, ecosystem restoration, urban planning, coastal resilience, sustainable practices of economic sectors, citizen engagement, education, governance...), identifying conditions and windows of opportunity facilitating cities' engagement and co-developing a white paper "Engaging cities in the protection and sustainable use of rivers and the ocean to support the delivery of the European Ocean Pact" (tentative title).
